Below you’ll find our signature salads available for takeaway from our food truck. In addition to these items we also have a daily soup, savory and sweet scones, cookies and pastries.

Chopped Cobb – $10
Chopped romaine lettuce, bacon, red onion, hard-boiled egg, tomato, avocado, and blue cheese with ranch dressing served on the side.
Asian – $10
Mixed greens, shredded carrots, yellow bell pepper, red onion, shredded purple cabbage, chopped peanuts, cilantro, and wontons with a toasted sesame ginger vinaigrette served on the side.
Mediterranean – $10
Mixed greens, feta cheese, pickled onion, tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, avocado, toasted chickpeas, and a lemon oregano vinaigrette on the side.
Emerald Greens – $8
Mixed greens, green apple, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, blue cheese, with a raspberry vinaigrette served on the side.
Classic Kale Ceasar – $8
Chopped romaine and kale, housemade croutons, shaved parmesan and a creamy Caesar dressing on the side.
Vegan Chickpea – $10
Mixed greens, pickled onion, shredded carrots, avocado, kalamata olives, topped with a housemade chickpea salad with vegan mayo, mustard, sriracha, and tahini, all served with a balsamic vinaigrette on the side.
